Bergamos Retreat was built for groups and events just like yours. We offer 18 different spa treatment rooms, 4 pedicure, 3 manicure, 6 hair styling and 2 cosmetic stations. We want to share with you several room rental options for your group. Although we can accommodate just spa & salon services, we highly recommend a room rental. This allows your group the ability to be together in a private space, where you have more freedom to connect, visit, talk, laugh and enjoy each others company. When using our public spa spaces, such as our Therme' wellness circuit, locker rooms, relaxation lounge and silent porch; peace, quiet and tranquility are observed. ~Grand Piazza The Grand Piazza room is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and located next to the grand hallway. The space can accommodate a minimum of 9 guest and up to 50 seated guest, 65 standing guests. The perfect venue for family get togethers, birthday's, baby showers and bachelorette parties. Plated or buffet meals can be served and there is easy access to the wine bar. Round, square, farm tables for dining are available, in addition to a sectional sofa that can be set up in the space for gift exchange and socializing. Spa & Salon services are not required for rental. starting at $3000 for 4 hours, includes food & beverage.

Our VIP Relaxation suites, can hold up to 5 people per room (we have 2) and will allow you to have a private designated area with your group. If you are looking for a spa experience so that you may talk, laugh and visit together between spa services without disturbing our other guest, this is where you will want to be! VIP Suite Rental includes: 4 hours access with personalized reserved signage Cheese, meat & fruit tray for 2 (additional $7 per person) Water & Ice Tea Service, located in the room Your own personal Party Coordinator Waitstaff service for wine/beer in the room The VIP room rate is $100 for the first 4 hours, and $75 thereafter.
